折合機控制系統是由人機介面，PLC程序控制器，配合氣壓式與機械式來完成折盒的動作。
1.在紙板儲存架上放好紙板。
2.紙板被吸盤吸住，並輸送到工作區域。
3.到達摺紙部位置後，吸盤停止工作，並返回原位置準備吸取下一個紙板同時壓桿下壓，紙板被壓入磨槽擠壓成型。
4.機械手臂將側蓋扣好，完成紙板的成型，再由手臂推出。
此紙板供應區可儲存紙板±100~150張。
驅動主體的機構為皮帶，宇主機馬達連接，當紙板輸送到成型區時，會做出動作。

4.The robotical arm fastens the side covers, completing the formation of the cardboard, and then pushes it out.
This cardboard supply area can store ±100~150 sheets of cardboard.
The mechanism of the driver is a belt, which is connected to the host motor.
