All models can choose the format conversion module to produce a variety of packaging types.
玻璃瓶內隔板包裝機
YH GBP-301A系列是可以將玻璃瓶容器插入內隔板，並使用瓦楞紙板裹包成箱的自動包裝機，根據產品的型式，YH GBP系列裝箱速度可達20箱，包裝方式會根據瓶子的形狀與尺寸而有所不同，一般常見的排列方式有2X3、3X4與4X6。
所有機型都可以選用格式轉換模組，可能產多樣化的包裝型式。
本機採用PLC 程式控制器, 配合氣壓缸動作 , 以近接開關與光電開關傳送信號 , 完成系統控制程序。自動整列計數、自動放置內隔片、自動輸送紙版、自動噴膠封箱(採用 Nordson熱溶膠機) 自動裹包成型。

Glass container inner partition packaging machine
The YH GBP-301A series is an automatic packaging machine designed to insert glass bottles into internal dividers and then wrap them with corrugated cardboard to form boxes. Depending on the product type, the YH GBP series can achieve packing speeds of up to 20 boxes per minute. The packaging method varies based on the shape and size of the bottles, with common arrangements including 2X3, 3X4, and 4X6.
This machine adopts a PLC cooperates with the action of the Pneumatic cylinder, transmits the signal with the Inductive Proximity Sensors and the photoelectric switch, and completes the system control process. Automatic whole column counting, automatic placement of inner compartments, automatic delivery of paper plate, automatic spray sealing box (using Nordson hot sol machine) automatic wrapping and forming.
